To all DFRacingNZ members,

Notice is hereby given of the DFRacingNZ Annual General Meeting to be held on the Wednesday 27th of December 2023.

The meeting will be conducted online.  All DFRacingNZ members are eligible to vote.  Ballots to be submitted via an online form (see below).

  1. Reports: The following reports are attached:
    • Chairman’s Report
    • Secretary/Treasurers Report
  2. Election of Officers: Six nominations have been received.  In accordance with DFRacingNZ Regulations (4.3), these nominated members shall be elected unopposed:
    • Mike Calkoen (KRYC)
    • Graeme Perry (KRYC)
    • Nicholas Wedde (NMMS)
    • Jamie White (CRYS)
    • Rod McKenzie (WIRYC and PRSC)
    • Toby Lecher (NPRCYC)
  3. Motions: No motions for consideration at the AGM have been received from members. One Management Committee motion to retain fees at their current levels will be put to the vote.
  4. Voting: Online voting is now open. Voting closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 27th December 2023.
